Welcome to Ol Loggin Sawmill LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

We currently ship within the United States only, but plan to expand shipping to Canada and Mexico in the future. Canadian customers can contact our epoxy distributors in Canada for purchases.
2. Products & Services
We offer a wide range of products, including:
Charcuterie kits, dimensional kits, epoxy river serving trays, business card holders, phone holders, apparel, wine bottle displays, and large wood slabs up to 12 feet long.
Many of our wood products may feature natural imperfections such as cracks, knots, dry rot, and other unique characteristics. These boards are intended for use with epoxy for a finished look.
We also offer 2-day epoxy classes where students create epoxy river serving trays. Classes cost $300 per person per tray.
3. Orders, Payments & Billing
Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Sales Taxes: Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Fraudulent Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse of our services.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders of $49 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $49 will ship using the method selected by the customer.
All epoxy products must be shipped via UPS.
Free shipping thresholds are subject to change at our discretion.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they are unhappy with the product.
We will cover return shipping for defective or damaged products.
Due to the nature of our products, many boards feature natural imperfections. These are documented in photos before shipment.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activities that:
Involve fraudulent orders or payment information.
Infringe on our intellectual property or misuse our website content.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
We are not responsible for improper use of our products, particularly epoxy products. Customers must follow instructions carefully to avoid overheating or improper mixing.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from misuse of products.
8. Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Ol Loggin Sawmill LLC unless otherwise stated.
If photographs are taken by a third-party photographer, ownership rights are subject to the terms of the agreement with the photographer.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
