Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $49 within the United States. The minimum order amount for free shipping is subject to change at our discretion. For orders that qualify for free shipping, we reserve the right to select the most affordable shipping option available to us.
Epoxy Shipping: All epoxy products must be shipped via UPS regardless of the total order value or whether the order qualifies for free shipping. This ensures safe and secure handling of these items.
Non-Qualifying Orders: If your order does not qualify for free shipping, you will be able to choose from the available shipping options during checkout. We will ship your order via the option you select.
Shipping Time & Delivery Please note that shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, but please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing.

Return Eligibility:
- Unwanted Products: If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping is at your expense for non-defective products. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at ollogginsawmillllc@gmail.com with photos. We’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement as needed.
Understanding Our Products:
Many of our boards and kits feature natural characteristics such as dry rot, knots, checking, or other rustic imperfections. These features are intentional and meant to be cleaned, filled with epoxy, and transformed into stunning creations. We take detailed photos of each board included in kits so you know what you’re getting.

How to Initiate a Return:

- Attach photos for damaged or defective claims when applicable.
- We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt
