Your satisfaction matters to us! We want to ensure you're happy with your purchase while maintaining transparency about the unique nature of our products. Here's what you need to know about returns:
Return Eligibility:
- Unwanted Products: If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping is at your expense for non-defective products. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at ollogginsawmillllc@gmail.com with photos. We’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement as needed.
Understanding Our Products:
Many of our boards and kits feature natural characteristics such as dry rot, knots, checking, or other rustic imperfections. These features are intentional and meant to be cleaned, filled with epoxy, and transformed into stunning creations. We take detailed photos of each board included in kits so you know what you’re getting.
